3 must-read books for programmers

None of these three have directly anything to do with programming techniques or languages. I found they influenced my thoughts a lot while reading them. They fall largely in the “programming soft skills" category. And though there are many more, these are a good place to start.
  1. The Passionate Programmer — Forces you to rethink and take stock of your career
  2. The Clean Coder — Sound programmer work ethics and craftsman attitude
  3. Pragmatic Thinking and Learning — Knowing how your brain works and how you can leverage that to be a better problem-solver

If you haven’t read them yet. Go buy them, now.
